Who we are

RadAssistPro is a brand and business unit operated by RX ON WEB Private Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the website at radassistpro.com and the information you give us through it. Services we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements.

Browsing the website

This website does not currently use behavioural analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or marketing tracking, and the public pages do not set cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes the technical information any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. If we introduce analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

The staff-only HR area of the site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep authorized users signed in.

Booking a call

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which is embedded on our Book a Call page. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, and optionally a phone number, guest emails, and notes, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calls are held on Google Meet. Cal.com and Google process this information under their own privacy policies, and the booking widget may set its own cookies or local storage to work.

Please do not include patient information or protected health information (PHI) in booking notes or other website communications.

Applying for a job

If you apply for a role through our careers pages, we collect the information you enter in the application form. Depending on the role this can include your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, city or location, years of experience, current and expected compensation, answers to role-specific questions (for example software, certifications, portfolio links, or relevant background), and your résumé file.

We use this information only to evaluate your application and contact you about it. Application data and résumés are stored with our backend provider, InsForge, in its Asia-Pacific (Southeast) hosting region, and are accessible only to authorized members of our hiring team.

• Scope and deliver contracted services and send service-related communications
• Review job applications and contact applicants
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• Comply with legal obligations

Service providers

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We use a small number of providers to run the website and these processes: Vercel (website hosting), Cal.com (scheduling), Google (video calls), and InsForge (careers database and file storage). Each processes information on our behalf or under its own terms for the purposes described above.

HIPAA and protected health information

RadAssistPro operates under Business Associate Agreements with covered entities where applicable. The website is not designed to collect PHI, and we ask that you not submit it here. Operational PHI is handled only within clients' authorized PACS environments under their established protocols.

Retention

We keep contact, booking, and application information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, for example while a business relationship or hiring process is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and access controls on the HR system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email business@radassistpro.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
